The Theriault family fence.
I know it has been a bit since I have been on the blog so I thought I would share what we were up to this past weekend. We have this wonderful friend Mike who showed Zach Ty and me how to install a chain link fence in our back yard. He is a man with amazing patience!!!!!!!!!!! He probably could have done it himself a lot faster but he took the time and let us get our hands dirty COLD scrapped up and did I say COLD! It was freezing out. Yes you all can laugh it was about 35 but we are in FLORIDA.....not N.H. So, even though it was hard work it was great working with the boys and getting this done. Hemi is so happy he has a place to run and my daycare is contained. Now I just have a few more projects to Tammyize it...lol. YEP and that is a word at least in my vocab. Well, I hope you are all having a wonderful winter and are keeping warm. We miss you all! Tammy and the boys .. See the rest of the fence bldg pictures here.. THANK YOU MIKE !!! <--------

My apology
Friends & Family
I wanted to take this opportunity and apologize for my LACK of communication the past couple weeks..I know it was the holidays and I should have called a lot of you but to tell you the truth I was just trying to find ways to make it through and remain emotionally stable.. As many may know if have have been on the blogs (That's why we have them, for yOU), I had the chance to stop at home for 6 days just before Christmas. Now although it was a GREAT time and we all enjoyed it, it seemed liked after the 1st 2 days the time slipped by faster that you can blink. So that left me having to leave home AGAIN and then return here to Korea and work Christmas eve & Christmas day. It probably would have been MUCH easier to get through those days and New years had I not gone home. The trip made it like I was at square on again when I got back here. So now that I am getting back to normal (I hope) and I can see the horizon, I wanted to let you all know that I TRULY and sorry I have written or called more..
I guess that's it in a nutshell, like I said the blogs are still running and they are for you..So go check them out..
I hope EVERYONE had a wonderful holidays season. One thing you shouldn't forget as you move through 2008 is YOUR Troops in Iraq & Afghanistan... They are there for YOU whether you agree with it or not !!!
P.s I did get a CHEAP web cam so if you have Yahoo messenger you can see me if I am on..One of these days GOOGLE will add the video/audio chat to their application but for now that's it.. Also I made a little place you can see if I am broadcasting, the link is on the top left of my blog (it's called JAUNT Vision).
Ok really that's it.. Miss you all a bunch

Christmas pictures
It shouldn't be so hard to take a picture to send in your holiday cards right? WRONG! Throw together three boys one who has one heck of a belly ache and a dog that isn't going to let you put the silly hat on his head and see how it goes. I don't think I have laughed so hard in months. It took over an hour but I am praying one of them will make our Christmas cards. Here are the results... http://picasaweb.google.com/mrsthoe1/Christmas I am hoping it will get you to see them. Well, I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. We miss you all! Love US! ( o:

Holiday Anticipation
I decided to write this on our family page because I know probably more people will read it first here.. So the title.. Holiday anticipation.. What are you anticipating this year ??
if you can't stand to READ the whole post go here. ----> Tribute to the Troops
Well for me, other than trying to spend sometime with those I love, spending sometime with those I work with there is ONE thing I have anticipated for the last 5 years and this year is no different.. Last year I used MYSPACE and my e-mail to try and SELL you all on this. This year I will do the same.
Every year for the last 5 ONE COMPANY, ONE GROUP of people, ONE GROUP of PROFESSIONALS had gone THOUSANDS of miles out of their way to say thanks!! Thanks to our troops.. They have done this each year alternating from Iraq to Afghanistan and then airing it for the WHOLE world to see..Not only do they do that but they also MAKE SURE that Armed Forces Network gets the show and airs it the VERY SAME DAY it airs in the United States.
For those of you who don't remember my sales pitch from last year, your asking yourself right now, what hell is he talking about.. Well THAT one company is WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment).. Yes I know IT'S ENTERTAINMENT... but they do for this for the troops and it is AWESOME.
Christmas eve, 9/8CT on USA this year Tribute to the Troops will air, if you watch and are not near tears then as I said last year WATCH IT AGAIN!!!...
I had the opportunity to partake in this show in 2004 while I was at Kirkuk Iraq (FOB Warrior) and I was on the show for approx 5 secs. They do this for as MANY troops as they can, they get them a screen shot so they can send holiday messages home to their families and YOU..If you can't stand wrestling, watch the show for the messages the troops are sending home.. I have added a link to the WWE website where you can preview the daily reports that were taped during the week they were in the IRAQ (Last week)..
Once again here is the link -->>> Tribute to the Troops
ENJOY the SHOW.. If the family is going to be over then EVERYONE can watch it !!!!

We are home.
I hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday. The boys and I traveled up to Ma. for a wedding I was in and to have Thanksgiving dinner with my family. I loved seeing all my nephews and nieces...they are growing up so quickly. I also love watching my brother and sister as parents too. It still amazes me to this dad that my dad can yell and everyone including adults stop and do what he says and no one cries not even the two year olds.......It is hard to be so far away from family and going home makes me realize it even more. So you all can share in our fun and craziness I have posted all the pictures I took on my pisca account here is the web site if you would like to see...... http://picasaweb.google.com/mrsthoe1/November2007 ........hopefully that will work if not I have no clue..lol. I am still working on my computer skills.
So a little thought for you all.....
A lot of you who know me well know I am constantly repeating "God won't give you what you can't handle but he challenges you and boy does he have more faith in me then I do at times" Well, I have come up with a new thought to try and live each day by and I thought I would share it with those I care so much about...."quality out weighs quantity in the long run". You can spend everyday of your life with ones you love and go day by day watching them pass, just going through life' motions or you can take a small amount of time and grasp it and share yourself completely making a simple memory that will never be forgotten. It is such a simple idea but it is hard to actually accomplish. I know my life is so wrapped up in have to do this list of things and then I will have time..... I really have to stop and tell myself cleaning can wait and instead make cookies with the boys or take a family walk. I know I am just rambling on and I may make no sense at all but I hope all of you are able to take a moment this holiday season and have a quality moment with someone who holds a part of your heart.
Well, I guess I better go. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!
